Lambton Place offers its loyal members a comfortably familiar environment in which to train. The small and intimate exercise studio is the best feature, while the spin room - with adrenalin inducing purple walls – is less tranquil. The gym is fitted with a computerised key system that allows customers to monitor their progress at each CV station. All fitness instructors are qualified to degree level and each member is allocated their own fitness mentor.

The eucalyptus steam rooms clears both mind and lungs, but when entering the pool, be warned: you may want to ensure your bikini line is in order before swimming – the coffee and free internet lounge has a fish tank view.

Activities and facilities include classes, climbing wall, CV and resistance equipment, exercise studio, free weights, sauna, steam room, sun bed and treatments. The pool is 18m X 10 m and is 1.4m deep.
